**It is the Consignors responsibility to read and understand Frugi Consignment's Polices & Procedures. Once you choose to consign, you have acknowledged you fully understand the Polices and Procedures for Frugi Consignment. Thank you and Welcome to Frugi!**


Selling & Payments

  • Frugi Consignment will receive 60% of final sale funds from all items. Consignor will receive 40% of final sale funds from all personally consigned items sold. Frugi Membership is offered to Consignors in order to receive a higher percentage of all final sales. Inquire within the store for more information about membership. 
  • Consignor earnings from sales will accumulate in Consignor's personal account as items placed on consignment sell. Frugi Consignment does NOT contact Consignor when an item sells.
  • Consignor checks will be distributed on the 5th day of each month or next Business day following a holiday or store closure. Consignor checks will be available for the Consignor to pick up in-store for 90 days. All Checks VOID after 90 days and checks will NOT be re-issued. Any money not utilized in 90 days by any consignor becomes the property of Frugi Consignment. 
  • Frugi Consignment will mail a check to a consignor for NO Fee. If you are in need of mailing check, please call the store to request mailing. Thank you.
  • Frugi Consignment determines and sets all prices in order to sell any and all items. Frugi Consignment determines and sets all discounts and sales. Frugi Consignment may change price on any item at any time for any reason.
  • Frugi Consignment holds full rights and ownership to all items consigned. No items will be returned once consigned. Consignors may not take items out of the store once consigned. Any Consignor who removes items from the store after consigning them with Frugi is stealing and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law allowed in Federal and State court for theft. Items will be sold on behalf of the Consignor for approximately 90 days. Could be less, could be more. Frugi Consignment may discount, discard, donate or remove any item at any time from the sales floor. 
  • After approximately 90-120 days consigning, each item will be donated to local charities, sold for local non-profit in sales, fundraising, or given to women in need within our Douglas County communities.
  • FEES: Frugi Consignment charges each Consignor individual fees including consignment software fee, check & processing fees, rent & storage fees.  The total amount of fees is $2.00 each consigning payment period ONLY IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS $20.00 or more. Each Consignor pays fees each pay period if there is $20.00 or more in the account.  
  • If Consignor has a balance of $15.00 or more AFTER the $2.00 Consignor Fee is deducted, only then will the Consignor receive a check for that previous month sales. If there is not a total of $15.00 after fees have been deducted, Consignor funds will remain in the Consignor assigned account for 90 days and those remaining funds may be used at any time to shop in-store or allowed to grow more funds each month. After 90 days of no use of funds, all remaining balances in each account will become the sole property of Frugi Consignment and removed from Consignor account. Any funds remaining in your account can be used to shop at Frugi anytime. 
  • Any Consignor personal account that has not been used, having no activity, in a 6 month period, 180 days, will be CLOSED and removed from Frugi Consignment software and listings. Any funds remaining in closed accounts will become the property of Frugi Consignment. If the Consignor wishes to start consigning again at Frugi, a new Consignor Account will need to be opened and the Consignor will need to read Policies & Procedures once again. 
  • NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR SOLD MERCHANDISE ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON.  Once an item is purchased, that item cannot be returned for a refund. You are more than welcome to reconsign any item you have purchased at Frugi if the item meets Frugi standards. 

Consigning Merchandise

  • Items to be placed on consignment are accepted every day Frugi Consignment is OPEN. Please check website or front door postings for schedule or daily hour changes.
  • A total of 20 items per day will be allowed for each consignor. Yes, it's okay to bring in more items because we may not take all items. Bring in your best!
  • It is the Consignor’s responsibility to label and clearly mark items with NAME and PHONE NUMBER on 2 red tags, provided by Frugi on the counter just for you. You do not need to tag each item. Frugi team members will assist you in this process and provide tags to assist in labeling items. Please do not use tape, staples or pins that could possibly harm your beautiful items or harm our beautiful employees.
  • All items must be brought in cleaned, dusted, looking amazing! No tears, holes, markings, stains, pet hair, smell of smoke, or any odors. Any items containing the list above will be immediately thrown in trash, will not be donated and will not be consigned nor returned. 
  • All TOPS CLOTHING must be brought in clean on HANGERS ready to consign. Consignor will receive hangers back once checked in for consignment if requested. Be certain your items are ready to sell immediately as Frugi does not place any items in storage. Frugi Consignment does not clean, press or prepare consignor items. Frugi places your items out for sale same day! Bring them in looking great!
  • Frugi Consignment does not accept any items with Garage Sale stickers. Any items having garage sale stickers will be donated or placed in trash. Please remove all stickers from items before consigning in the boutique. 
  • Frugi Consignment is a seasonal boutique. Please check website or front door postings to verify what Frugi is accepting to sell seasonally at that time. This will help you make the most money$
  • Frugi Consignment has set closed days. Frugi is closed all major Holidays, team trainings and vacations, many Douglas County School Closures and remains closed during any bad weather and crazy viruses. Frugi Consignment may not accept on certain days if the store is FULL. Please be certain to check website, call first or view front door postings to verify if Frugi is accepting on that day.
  • Frugi Consignment ACCEPTS Women’s & Teens Clothing, Women’s & Teens Shoes, Jewelry, Handbags, Accessories, Small Home Furnishings, Small Home Decorations, Seasonal Decorations, gifts and boutique items for women & teens. 
  • Frugi Consignment DOES NOT accept any lingerie, pajamas, maternity, large furniture, used bedding, appliances, men’s clothing, children's clothing, mature adult items, wedding dresses, furs, corporate or sports attire items with logo, food, drinks, nor any items for pets.  
  • Any items brought in or dropped off for consignment that have been placed on any recall by manufacturer will immediately be placed in the trash, will not be donated, and will not be sold at Frugi Consignment. 
  • Frugi Consignment accepts Clothing Sizes: XS-XXL  
  • Frugi Consignment accepts Shoes Sizes: 7-10 
  • Frugi Consignment is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS NOR WILL FRUGI CONSIGNMENT BE HELD LIABLE NOR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS. FRUGI DOES NOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS ONCE CONSIGNED.
